The fastest way to reach us is our Discord server. Ask in the support channel and someone from the team or the community will help you out.

Hosting questions

Problems with a server hosted on Moyai? Open the hosting panel to check its console, then tell us in Discord which server it is (the name shown in the panel) and what you were doing when it went wrong.

Reporting a listed server

Community servers are run by third parties. If one is a scam, offensive, or not what it claims to be, report it in Discord and a moderator will take it down.

Game support

Project Moyai is a fan-run community project and isn't part of Majic Jungle. For issues with the game itself, use the Help/Credits section inside The Blockheads.
